1. The vane pump is noisy
There are two reasons for the high noise, the oil in the fuel tank is not enough or the pump core is worn. When this problem occurs, you should first check if the fuel volume is sufficient, and then check the pump core to see what is going wrong.
2. Vane pump system oil temperature is too high
The reason why the system oil temperature is too high is that the pipeline of the system is too small, the pressure is too high, the hydraulic oil cannot be discharged in time, and the cooling system does not meet the requirements, which causes the vane pump to be trapped.
3. Vane pump system pressure drop
The system pressure drop means that the vane pump can reach the predetermined pressure when it is working, and the pressure will gradually decrease during the work, so that the system cannot work normally. In this case, we should first check whether the main control valve leaks or the oil temperature is too high, and check whether the upper and lower oil distribution plates are worn.
4. No pressure
It means that the vane pump has no pressure in the working system. Firstly, check whether the vane pump has hydraulic oil discharged.
