The hydraulic piston pump is a hydraulically driven rodless pumping device. It is a ground power pump that pressurizes the power fluid and pumps it into the well through the oil pipe or special passage. The drive motor reciprocates up and down to transfer the high pressure power fluid to the underground. Drive the cylinder and the reversing valve to help the downhole plunger pump pump oil.
Hydraulic piston pumps have strong adaptability to high gas-to-oil ratio, sand production, high-condensation oil, wax-containing, heavy oil, deep wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells. The hydraulic piston pump production system consists of: the hydraulic piston pump system is mainly composed of a ground power liquid tank, a three-cylinder high-pressure pump, a control manifold, a wellhead control valve and a downhole pump. The downhole pump is the core component of the system.
The downhole pump of the hydraulic piston pump has two kinds of single action and double action, and the ground pump uses a high pressure plunger pump.
1. Open process. The single-tube structure uses low-viscosity crude oil as the power fluid, which can reduce the frictional resistance of the pipeline, reduce the viscosity of the extracted oil, and mix it with the production fluid to produce the ground.
2. Closed process. Use light oil or water as the power fluid, add lubricant and preservative when using water, and do not mix with the produced liquid by self-circulation. Only a small amount of supplement is needed during the work.
The hydraulic piston pump can be operated in a single well, or it can be built with centralized pump management. The displacement can be adapted to a wide range, from tens to thousands of cubic meters per day, suitable for deep wells, high lift wells, heavy oil wells and inclined wells. The advantage is that the displacement can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the pump can be used without the oil pipe, and the operation and management are convenient. Pump efficiency can reach more than 85%. The disadvantage is that the ground should build more high-pressure pipelines, and the power fluid should be treated, which increases the cost of construction and management.
